Section 02
Enrolment and Course Access
By completing a course purchase you confirm that:
-
You are aged 18 years or over
-
The information you have provided during enrolment is accurate and complete
-
You are purchasing the course for your own personal use and development
-
You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course content through the Inner Life School members area on our Wix website. Access is granted to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Course start dates: The Sovereign Self commences on 5 May 2026 for all students enrolled prior to that date. Students who enrol after 5 May 2026 will receive access to released modules immediately and subsequent modules on their scheduled weekly release date.
Content drip schedule: Course modules are released on a weekly basis according to the published schedule. We do not release all modules simultaneously. This schedule is an integral part of the course design and is not subject to variation.
Section 03
Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Early bird pricing: Early bird pricing is available for a limited time as published on our website. Once the early bird period closes, the standard price applies. Early bird pricing cannot be applied retrospectively.
Payment plans: Where a payment plan option is offered, you agree to all scheduled instalments being charged to your nominated payment method on the dates specified at checkout. Failure to complete all instalments does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid and may result in suspension of course access until the outstanding balance is settled.
Currency: If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees. These are outside our control and are your responsibility.
Section 04
Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on The Sovereign Self. If you have completed the first two modules and do not feel this course is right for you, contact us at hello@innerlifeschool.com within 14 days of the course start date and we will process a full refund. We ask that you have genuinely engaged with the material before requesting a refund.
To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
-
Contact us at hello@innerlifeschool.com within 14 days of the course start date
-
Include your full name and the email address used at enrolment
-
Briefly tell us what was not right for you — this helps us improve
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we believe our satisfaction guarantee is being misused.
The following are not eligible for refund:
-
Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired
-
The Chakra Beginners Course and Begin Within — these are lower-priced and free courses respectively and are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee
-
Requests where the course materials have been downloaded in full
-
Change of mind after the refund period

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of our courses or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or emotional distress.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.

Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
