Why I created Inner Life School
MY STORY
For a long time, I thought emotional exhaustion was simply part of life.
I looked like I was coping.
But internally, I felt overwhelmed, disconnected and stuck in patterns I could not fully explain.
That experience led me deeper into understanding emotional healing, personal growth and the hidden patterns shaping the way women think, cope, relate and move through life.
Over time, I realised how many women silently carry the same emotional weight while believing they simply need to keep pushing through.
Inner Life School was created to help women better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns and create healthier, more empowered lives from the inside out.
