Inner Life School was born from my own search to understand why lasting change felt so difficult. Along the way, I discovered that lasting change isn't about becoming someone else - it's about understanding the unconscious patterns that have shaped who you are.
I created Inner Life School to bring together the ideas, tools and practical frameworks that helped me, in the hope they'll help others build greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence and a more intentional life.

The founder
I didn't create Inner Life School because I had all the answers.
I created it because I spent years searching
for the questions no one could answer.
There was a time I looked like I was holding everything together.
From the outside, I was coping. I was functioning. I kept showing up for everyone else. But underneath it, something didn't feel right. I was exhausted in a way that sleep didn't fix, disconnected from myself, yet still telling myself I was fine.
I stayed in situations that slowly wore me down. Not all at once, but enough over time that I stopped recognising who I was. Looking back, I realise that's the part no one really talks about. Change doesn't always happen because life falls apart. Sometimes it happens because you wake up one day and realise you've been surviving for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly be yourself.
For years, I thought I simply needed to try harder. To think differently. To be stronger. But eventually I realised I was trying to change the surface without understanding what was creating the patterns underneath.
That question changed the direction of my life.
Why do intelligent, capable women keep repeating the same patterns, even when they desperately want things to be different?
It led me into years of study and lived experience. I immersed myself in therapy, wellness coaching, yoga, somatic practice, nervous system regulation and human behaviour—not to collect qualifications, but because I was searching for an approach that created lasting change.
Over time, something became clear. Insight alone isn't enough. We can understand why we think the way we do and still find ourselves reacting in exactly the same ways. Real transformation happens when we work with the unconscious patterns held in the body, the nervous system and the identity we've developed over a lifetime.
As I began working with other women, I noticed something remarkable. Their stories were different, but the patterns beneath them were strikingly similar. Different experiences. Different circumstances. The same underlying dynamics shaping the way they thought, felt and responded to life.
That became the foundation of Inner Life School.
A place that brings together everything I've learned into one practical methodology, helping women understand the patterns shaping their lives so they can create meaningful, lasting change.
Training and experience
Twenty years.
Not collecting certificates —
finding what actually works.
The training came from need, not ambition. Every qualification, every modality, every year of study was driven by one question — what actually helps a woman change at the level where the pattern lives.
What follows is not a list of credentials designed to impress. It is the map of a twenty-year search.
Wellness Coaching
Formally trained and certified. Working with women on patterns, identity, and the inner life.
Yoga Teaching
Trained and practising. The body as the entry point — not the afterthought.
Somatic Practice
Immersed in somatic work and nervous system regulation — the foundation of the Inner Life School methodology.
Mainstream Therapy
Years inside therapy as a client. Understanding what it reaches — and what it doesn't.
Holistic & Spiritual Practices
Metaphysical and energy modalities, facilitated workshops, and deep spiritual practice — held alongside, not instead of, the clinical work.
Twenty Years Lived Experience
The most important qualification. The work is not theoretical. It has been walked.
The Inner Life School Method
Three layers.
One complete methodology.
Most personal development focuses on changing what you can see—your thoughts, habits and behaviours. While those changes matter, they rarely last unless you also address what's happening beneath the surface. At Inner Life School, we work across three interconnected layers because lasting change happens from the inside out.
Layer One
The Body and Nervous System
Where the pattern actually lives. Somatic work and nervous system regulation — teaching your body that something new is possible. This is the layer most approaches never reach.
Layer Two
The Beliefs and Conditioning
Where the pattern formed. The early environment, the inherited stories, the shame beneath the behaviour. Named honestly — and worked with, not just understood.
Layer Three
The Identity
Where the pattern is held in place. The woman who emerges when the pattern is no longer running the show — rebuilt from the ground up, from who she actually is.
