About
Why this work exists.
And where it came from.
Inner Life School was not built from theory. It was built from twenty years of lived experience, deep study, and the hard-won understanding that most approaches stop just short of the layer where real change lives.

The founder
There's nothing wrong with you. You've just never been shown what's actually driving this.
There was a time I looked like I was holding everything together.
But underneath it… I wasn’t.
I was exhausted in a way that sleep didn’t fix. Disconnected from myself, but still showing up, still functioning, still telling myself I was fine.
I stayed in places that were slowly breaking me. Not all at once — just enough, over time, that I stopped recognising who I was.
And that’s the part no one really talks about.
It’s not always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet. Subtle. You adapt. You cope. You keep going.
Until one day you realise — you’ve built a life that’s costing you yourself.
That was the moment everything shifted for me.
Not because I found the answer… but because I started asking a different question:
What am I doing here — and why do I keep choosing it?
That question took me deeper than anything I had tried before.
And I had tried a lot.
Years inside therapy. Training in wellness coaching and yoga. Immersed in somatic work, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practice.
Not to collect certificates — but because I was searching for something that actually worked.
Something that didn’t just help me understand my patterns… but helped me change them.
Because insight isn’t the hard part. Change is.
And this work — real work — is one of the hardest journeys you’ll ever take.
I know that because I’ve lived it.
Through that, I started to see something clearly — not just in myself, but in the women I was working with.
Different stories. Different lives. But the same patterns, playing out underneath it all.
It’s not about trying more things. It’s about working in the right place.
Because the pattern doesn’t live in your thoughts alone — it lives in the body, the nervous system, the identity formed long before you had words for any of it.
And once you reach that level… that’s when change becomes real.
It doesn’t have to take years of trial and error the way it did for me.
You don’t need more effort. You need the right approach.
This is the work I built from that.

FOUNDER, INNER LIFE SCHOOL
Training and experience
Twenty years.
Not collecting certificates —
finding what actually works.
The training came from need, not ambition. Every qualification, every modality, every year of study was driven by one question — what actually helps a woman change at the level where the pattern lives.
What follows is not a list of credentials designed to impress. It is the map of a twenty-year search.
Wellness Coaching
Formally trained and certified. Working with women on patterns, identity, and the inner life.
Yoga Teaching
Trained and practising. The body as the entry point — not the afterthought.
Somatic Practice
Immersed in somatic work and nervous system regulation — the foundation of the Inner Life School methodology.
Mainstream Therapy
Years inside therapy as a client. Understanding what it reaches — and what it doesn't.
Spiritual and Holistic Inquiry
Metaphysical and energy modalities, facilitated workshops, and deep spiritual practice — held alongside, not instead of, the clinical work.
Twenty Years Lived Experience
The most important qualification. The work is not theoretical. It has been walked.
Why Inner Life School exists
Most approaches stop
just short of the layer
where it changes.
There is no shortage of personal development content for women.
Books. Podcasts. Therapists. Coaches. Online courses.
Most of it is good. Some of it is genuinely excellent.
And still — women finish a course, close a book, leave a coaching relationship — and find themselves back in the same patterns.
Not because they didn’t try.
Not because the work wasn’t real.
But because understanding a pattern and changing it are two entirely different things.
Understanding lives in the mind.
The pattern lives somewhere else.
In the body.
In the nervous system.
In the identity that formed around it before you had language to question it.
Inner Life School was built to go there.
Not as the only approach — but as the missing one.
The layer most women have never been taken to.
The one that changes everything when you finally reach it.
“It doesn’t have to take years of trial and error. You don’t need more effort. You need the right approach.”
The approach
Three layers.
One complete methodology.
Inner Life School works across three interconnected layers — the ones most approaches address in isolation, or miss entirely. Together, they form the only complete path to permanent change.
Layer One
The Body and Nervous System
Where the pattern actually lives. Somatic work and nervous system regulation — teaching your body that something new is possible. This is the layer most approaches never reach.
Layer Two
The Beliefs and Conditioning
Where the pattern formed. The early environment, the inherited stories, the shame beneath the behaviour. Named honestly — and worked with, not just understood.
Layer Three
The Identity
Where the pattern is held in place. The woman who emerges when the pattern is no longer running the show — rebuilt from the ground up, from who she actually is.
