Exercise

Write down three situations that keep repeating in your life. No judgment. No analysis. Just what keeps happening — and how it leaves you feeling.

Something Is Running Underneath This

Before anything can change it has to be seen. Not analysed — just noticed, clearly and honestly, without judgment. Today you name what has been showing up repeatedly in your life. The situations, the feelings, the outcomes that keep returning. This is the beginning of seeing your pattern — not as a personal failing, but as something that has a shape and a name.

Exercise

A simple five-step body scan. Where do you feel the pattern physically? What does it feel like — tightness, heaviness, heat, numbness? Describe it without trying to fix it.

Where You Actually Feel It

Patterns do not live in the mind alone. They live in the body — in the chest, the stomach, the throat, the shoulders. The nervous system holds them as physical sensation, often before the mind has even registered what is happening. Today you begin to feel where your pattern lives in you. This is the layer most approaches never reach. This is where the real work starts.

Exercise

Three reflection questions. What did you learn early on about what you had to do or be to feel safe? To feel loved? To feel enough?

Where It Came From

Patterns do not appear from nowhere. They form early — in the family system, in the environment you grew up in, in the things you were taught about what you had to do or be to feel safe, loved, or enough. This is not about blame. It is about understanding. When you see where the pattern came from, you stop taking it so personally — and that changes everything.

A simple cost audit. What has this pattern cost you in your relationships? In your work? In your energy? In your relationship with yourself?

What It Has Been Costing You

This is not about shame. This is about clarity. When you can see honestly what your pattern has cost you — in your relationships, your energy, your sense of self, your trust in your own voice — something shifts. Not because the cost is unbearable. Because seeing it clearly gives you a reason to do something different. Today is that honest inventory.
